This class is for the pre teen/teen beginner. Students will learn basic silks conditioning, how to climb and descend the silks safely, single foot locks. The next level will expand on technique, poses and conditioning. Basic choreography will also be taught to help students learn how to start linking different moves together. This class is in Partnership with Springfield Aerial Fitness and to sign up for the class just go to their website
