This class is offered for students with Down Syndrome, Autism and other disabilities. It is a great way for children with special needs to be involved in an extracurricular activity while improving motor skills, confidence and socialization. Dance can also be a unique and effective way to reach children with special needs because it is nonverbal. Students will learn the fundamentals of ballet as well as reinforcing and practicing basic academic skills (letters, numbers, shapes, etc.) Currently working with Cox Hospital  with helping our teachers guide the dancers, making them stronger.  Cox Hospital is partnering with Superstars of Point making a syllabus to help children reach their potential. Superstars of Point Performing Arts is also in a partnership with the Community Foundation of the Ozarks.
